What is a filler?

Dermal fillers, or commonly known as “fillers”, are injectable products that boost skin volume. Some recognizable brands that we carry at the clinic include Juvederm, Belotero, And Ravanesse. The majority of dermal fillers that we use contain Hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substances in our skin. When the dermis is stimulated with hyaluronic acid, cells begin to rebuild the dermis layer of our skin, resulting in a more fullness and radiance—A younger looking skin.
